Recruitment Specialist - Namar Branch

Job Description and Requirements

Role Purpose

Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.


  1. Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings

2.    Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

3.    Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

4.    Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

5.    Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

6.    Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

7.    Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

8.    Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.

  1. Ensures that HR practices are being carried out effectively through consulting with other departments to ensure that HR services are being met.
  2. Implements appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the Hospital’s goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, Quality / Performance Improvement.
  3. Performs other applicable tasks assigned within the level of his/her competence as required by the GM-Human Resources.


  • 2- 3 years of experience in H.R. field.
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources.
