Job Description and Requirements


  • Enters the details of patients in the system
  • If there is no policy in the system then coordinates with contract department or insurance companies.
  • Checks the ICD9 diagnosis, medicines and services for the patients.
  • Provide ease for patients by giving them service in appropriate time.

Education & Work Experience Requirements

  • Certificate in Insurance
  • Diploma in Insurance

Specialized Knowledge/Experience/Skills

  • Excellent command of oral and written English
  • Computer literate
