Approval and Company Unit Head

Job Description and Requirements

KEY RESPONSIPILITIES:

  • Supervising the activities of Approval & Company Coordinators including the Medical Secretary & Pharmacy Approval Coordinators, helps develop and implement standard procedures.
  • Ensures thorough knowledge about all the company contracts, terms and conditions, policies and exclusions.
  • Ensure the availability of the employees in their allocated places and responsibilities are met in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that employees daily/monthly end work runs smoothly and all needed documents are clearly updated, complete in time to avoid delay in receiving/sending approvals.
  • Ensure and implements adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve Hospital’s goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, Quality / Performance Improvement.
  • Report directly to Business Center Manager if there is any problem regarding approvals, contracts, and patients.
